Selling
What sellers should include in a land listing
The facts that make a land listing useful, without pretending the marketplace verified them.
Buyers compare land quickly. A useful listing states acreage, county, asking price, and that the price is an asking price rather than an appraisal.
Describe access in plain language: paved road, county road, recorded easement, or not yet confirmed. Say what you know about zoning, power, water, and improvements, and label anything you have not confirmed.
Photos should be of the property you are marketing. A map helps when you name the source of the boundary. AcreValueOS will not draw a boundary or certify one.
The introductory seller price on the pricing page is display-only. Submitting the create-listing form in this version does not open an account or start a bill.
