Why state and county pages exist
How AcreValueOS organizes land by state and county for sellers and for search.
Sellers need a stable public URL. Buyers need a way to start from a place they already understand. State and county pages are that directory.
Each priority state has a starter set of counties. A county page lists matching listings and a short orientation. Empty counties stay published so the URL exists before inventory does.
These pages are templates fed by a data file. Adding a county later is a configuration change, not a new design.
Educational pages stay general. If you need a judgment on one property, hire local help. AcreValueOS will not provide it.
